Please let us know your approximate arrival time on the first day of your rental period. If someone else will be collecting on your behalf, forward these instructions to them and let us know who will be arriving.

1. On arrival: use the intercom on the left and dial 31.
2. Drive up to Block 4.
3. Park in a visitors parking bay.
4. Make your way to Unit 31 on the second floor.
5. We will hand your dress over at the door or it will be safely hanging in a garment bag on our door.

1. In the Uber app, choose Courier / Package (Uber Connect).
2. Set Pickup: Unit 31, 73 Grosvenor Road, Bryanston and Drop-off: your address. (Please do NOT search or use “Something Borrowed” in navigation apps. There is another business with a similar name nearby.)
3. Add notes: "Dial 31. Block 4, 2nd floor. To-door delivery, not curbside."
4. Enable the Verify Your Ride (PIN) feature for security.
5. Share the live trip status and driver details with us before arrival.
6. Collection hours are 10am to 6pm.

* Ubers are not allowed for bag rentals.

* We encourage you to select a car courier and not a motorcycle to avoid creasing of your rental.

If you opted for our courier service, your order will be delivered on the first day of your rental period and will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. You will receive an SMS/Whatsapp and/or email when the driver is en route with all relevant tracking info.

No delivers will be made in Saturdays or Sundays. If you are not home, please make sure there is a trusted representative to receive the parcel on your behalf.
